- After the check out process, email me separately with the photos and the name of your dog (optional) to email@example.com. Any notes on the pet's appearance and the bow tie color can be written there.
- Prior to printing the final portrait, I'll send a proof for your approval.
- Portraits are printed on heavy #110 silk cover paper with archival ink.
- Item will be carefully wrapped in a cello sleeve with a stay flat protection and shipped via USPS first class shipping within two weeks of cleared payment and your approval.

Does my order come with a tracking number?
All non-international orders come with tracking.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Greeting cards orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. Bookmarks, prints and mugs are shipped in 3-5 business days. If you order multiple items, they will ship together according to the lead times.
How long will it take USPS to deliver my order?
Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail which usually takes between 3-7 business days in the continental US. You may upgrade your shipping to Priority mail or Priority Express mail to guarantee delivery by a specific date, however please take into note the processing time before your item is shipped. International deliveries may take up to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on location (average arrival time to most countries is about 7-10 business days). International shipments may be subject to taxes; customs and other taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
My order hasn't arrived yet. Is it lost?
On rare occasions, USPS might delay or lose mail (even with a tracking number!). While we will try our best to track the location of the package, sometimes the package is simply lost if after 2 weeks of no tracking updates. Upon this situation, we will send a new package.
I want to use your greeting cards in bulk- as wedding favors, party thank you's, etc. Can I get a discount?
We are happy to give discounts for bulk orders. Please email us for details.
Can I hire Wonderflies to create custom work for me, such as logos, invites, or fliers?

returns & exchanges
My item came damaged when it got to me.
We aim to provide the best customer service. If your items were damaged during transit, please send us a picture of the item's condition and we will send you a new package right away.
How can I get a refund on my order?
Unopened goods in their plastic sleeves can be fully refunded within 7 days of delivery, customer pays return shipping. Please let us know we should be expecting a package from you, and ship the package to our mailing address. We will issue a refund once the item is returned.
We are not held responsible for packages that do not arrive on time for unspecified occasions, and incorrect shipping addresses.
